Regina Grillari is Associate Professor at the Institute of Applied Microbiology of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Her research interests and expertise are biotechnology, cytology, genetics, microbiology, biological engineering, genetic engineering, cell culture (normal, tumor, stem cells, primary cell cultures, mediumoptimization,..), immortalization of human cells (viral oncogenes, telomerase), flow cytometry, replicative senescence, characterization of cell lines.
