Gerhard Thallinger is the Head of Bioinformatics Group at the Institute of Genomics and Bioinforamtics of Graz University of Technology. His research covers the analysis of next generation sequencing data, Microbiome data analysis and visualization: SnoWMan, qPCR data management and analysis: QPCR, MS data management and analysis: MASPECTRAS. He is project manager of the GEN-AU project Bioinformatics Integration Network (BIN).
